Our firm was established in April 2004 and is located a stone’s throw away from the M1 Woodmead and Rivonia off ramps.

Noa Kinstler has a BA, LLB and an LLM (cum laude) Dip. Insolv. Law and is dedicated to the legal profession. She served her articles May 2001 to May 2003 and was admitted as an attorney in June 2003, as a Conveyancer in January 2004, and Notary in 2021

Noa is assisted by a team of highly motivated and dedicated attorneys, conveyancers, clerks and office support staff who are dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Our firm offers efficient and personal service designed specifically to meet our clients’ needs. We have adopted a hands-on approach and all our clients have direct access to our attorneys, notaries, and conveyancers.

We are able to provide you with an unusual combination of experience and skill, which not only represents a variety of legal fields, but also incorporates a comprehensive BEE policy. We are in possession of a certificate from the DTI confirming our National B-BBEE Registry registration as a level four contributor.

We employ staff from previously disadvantaged groups and strive to make use of service providers from a previously disadvantaged background.

We undertake litigation in all spheres of the law and specialise in both civil litigation, commercial litigation and conveyancing. We have undertaken litigation in both the Johannesburg and Pretoria High Courts on countless commercial matters involving foreclosures, sales in executions, evictions and rental claims and the like. We are proud property law specialists.

We have jurisdiction in the Johannesburg, Sandton, Midrand, and Randburg areas. We also have a network of correspondent attorneys throughout the country and we are therefore able to take instructions within the entire jurisdiction of South Africa.
